That's good to hear. It's a really good show if you ask me, I really like the show's self aware sense of humor, the voice acting is top notch (though of course most of these VAs have had 4 years now to get into the roles, or 11 for Mike Pollock as Eggman since he's the only voice actor from the 4Kids era who stayed due to positive fan reception), and I like the changes to some character personalities (Eggman's more of a ham than ever, Knuckles being the "dumb muscle" is actually pretty funny, Amy no longer has the borderline stalker personality she has in the mainline games, and I actually really like Stick's "cloudcuckoolander" personality).

I was playing the demos of both games earlier and I honestly don't see what's so "bad." Rise of Lyric feels like a PS2 era platformer, which is appropriate given the developers used to work on games like Jak and Daxter, and Shattered Crystal feels like a pretty solid side scroller with nice big levels. Granted yes it was only demos I played, but really if these are any indication I think I'll actually like the full games.
