Nnooo explains why Blast 'em Bunnies isn't coming to Wii U ...

It's kinda hard to care for AAA 3rd parties when many of them treat Nintendo consoles like poison so that even if the AAA 3rd parties did something good, Nintendo players would still avoid them.

Let's take EA, the prime example:

Releases Mass Effect 3 Wii U...at time the same time as Mass Effect Trilogy on other platforms. Mass Effect 3 Wii U bombs and EA starts dropping all Wii U support which ceases after the release of Need for Speed: Most Wanted U.

Ubisoft has been guilty too:

Let's take a finished Rayman Legends Wii U and delay it until GTA V's launch to make it multiplatform. Rayman Legends completely bombs on all platforms (with the irony that Rayman Legends Wii U sold the best).

And that was just in recent memory. Nobody is going to be jumping on AAA 3rd party efforts on Wii U out of fear AAA 3rd parties would just stab them in the back again even if AAA 3rd parties did something awesome.

During the Wii days, at least it could be forgiven that many multiplats couldn't come to Wii, because it was an inferior platform, tech-spec wise. With Wii U, there should be no excuse even if the Wii U lacks the same architecture as X-Box One and PS4. If AAA 3rd parties paid Nintendo platforms and players more respect, maybe they would get more money from Nintendo players? Crazy idea, I know.
