After a strange and unexplained delay that only impacted North American players, Ubisoft finally released Rayman Origins for Nintendo 3DS today. If you happen to be in the very small sector of the population that actually cares because you haven’t gotten the chance to play it on any other platform, you might consider checking it out! It was one of the most acclaimed side-scrolling platformers of this generation.
Be advised, of course, that the 3DS version will not support a number of the features present in the console versions, including cooperative multiplayer, with significant visual and control quirks that can get in the way of the experience.
