Yes, the official teaser site for Paper Mario Sticker Star is now open and can be viewed here:

It’s not the best site ever at the current moment in time, with just a few screens, a video and a link to pre order the game, but I expect a proper official site to come sometime in November nearer the game’s release date.
They also sent out this e-mail to promote the title:

As you can see from all the above screens, pictures and official sites, Paper Mario Sticker Star is looking like it’s going to be an impressive game, and a perfectly good sequel to a great series.
