Looks like Marvelous AQL is on a roll. A few days ago, we reported a Senran Kagura anime coming in 2013. This time, the original game version of the franchise is getting a sequel, and the latest PV has been released.
Titled Senran Kagura Burst – Guren no Shoujo-tachi 『閃乱カグラ Burst -紅蓮の少女達-』, the game is set for the 3DS once again. Burst still retains the same elements as its predecessor: intense heavy-hitting combos in side-scrolling action, anime cutscenes, Japanese voiceovers, destructible outfits, and jiggling breasts. The game also features new characters, and the return of the characters from the previous game as well. However, the archetypes of the girls remain the same (like the resident tsundere, ojousama, loli, and boyish type, to name a few).
Senran Kagura Burst will be released on August 30th for the Nintendo 3DS.
