Nintendo’s new 3DS XL is available in the US starting today from Toys R Us, GameStop, and Target. If you’re still not sure about picking one up, check out our review — we found that the larger 4.88-inch screen, more attractive design, and longer battery life made the new handheld worth the extra $30. While it may not be a great purchase for those who already own a 3DS, it’s great for new buyers and may even make a great Christmas present for those who don’t yet have a DS. The XL is available in both red and blue for $199.99, and Nintendo’s site can help you find a brick and mortar store near you.
