The Twitter account for Game Brighton in the U.K. sent out a tweet earlier that revealed that there will be a third-party amiibos featuring characters not designed by Nintendo coming out and it just so happens to feature Shovel Knight from the super popular indie game of the same name. The tweet revealed that it would be released in Europe on November 27.
The tweet has since been taken down, but not before some sites picked up a screenshot of it…
According to the image, it will be able to unlock “exclusive content” in Shovel Knight for 3DS and Wii U. It will also “work with Nintendo products that Yacht Club Games creates in the future.”
