As you may have realized, Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai is fond of affectionately trolling his fans on occasion. Tonight was one such occasion.
Sakurai posted the above screenshot on Miiverse, stating: “The most powerful commander of the Forces of Nature, Lightning Flash Phosphora!!”
In an amusing follow-up comment below his original post, he added: “…is a Trophy. The detail in her scarf is amazing.”
Phosphora is a character from Kid Icarus: Uprising and serves as one of the bosses in the game.
